Setup & Compatibility
You need the Plazmo device, a TV or display, the included remote, and enough open space in front of the screen for safe movement.
We recommend keeping around 2 to 3 meters of clear space between the player and the TV or Plazmo device.
Plazmo works with most modern TVs and displays that support HDMI input.
Place it on a stable table or TV unit facing the player. The player’s full body should be visible clearly for the best gameplay experience.

Safety & Privacy
Yes. Plazmo is designed for indoor family play. Children should play in an open area without sharp objects, furniture edges, or slippery surfaces nearby.
No. Plazmo is designed for motion tracking during gameplay and does not need to record or store your child’s video. All the processing happens on the Plazmo device itself offline.
No. Plazmo does not require storing or sharing your child’s video for gameplay.
The camera is used only when required for motion-based gameplay. Camera can be turned of with a slider when not in use.

The remote is used to navigate menus, select games, go back, return home, and start gameplay.

Troubleshooting
Make sure the player is standing fully in front of the camera, the room has enough light, and the Plazmo device is placed at the correct height.
Check that the full body is visible, avoid very dark or heavily patterned clothes, and make sure there is enough open space around the player.
Check the HDMI cable, TV input source, power connection, and whether the Plazmo device is turned on.
Enable Game Mode on your TV if available. Also make sure all cables are connected properly and avoid unnecessary wireless display setups.
Check the batteries, make sure the remote is paired, and ensure there is no obstruction between the remote and the Plazmo device.
