Pay ₹999 now to reserve Plazmo at the ₹9,999 launch price. The reservation payment is adjusted against the final amount, leaving ₹9,000 payable at launch.
Shipping for the first batch is scheduled to begin in the second week of August 2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. Delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote locations may take longer.
Yes. You can cancel your reservation before making the final balance payment and request a full refund of the ₹999 reservation amount.
Once the console has been dispatched, cancellation will be handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days to appear.
We will contact you by email or WhatsApp when your Plazmo console is ready for dispatch. You can then pay the remaining ₹9,000 using the secure payment link provided by us. The console will be dispatched only after the balance payment is completed.
Plazmo works with any TV or monitor with an HDMI input and access to a nearby power socket. For the best response time, enable Game Mode on your television where available.
All games can be played offline. Internet may be needed for software updates and downloading future games.

We recommend approximately 2–3 metres of clear space between the player and the television or Plazmo console.
The player’s full body should be visible to the camera. Remove sharp objects, furniture, loose rugs and other obstacles from the play area before starting.
Younger children should play under adult supervision.
Plazmo includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising during normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, physical breakage, improper use, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by incompatible power accessories.
To make a warranty claim, contact Plazmo Support with your order number, device details and a description or video of the issue. Depending on the diagnosis, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, repair the console or replace the defective unit.
You can request a return within seven calendar days of receiving your Plazmo console.
To qualify for a return:
1. The console must be returned without physical or liquid damage.
2. All cables, accessories, packaging and manuals must be included.
3. The product must not have been modified or repaired by an unauthorised person.
4. You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
The product may be opened and tested during the seven-day period. However, units showing misuse, missing accessories or avoidable damage may be refused or have the applicable replacement cost deducted from the refund.
If the product arrived damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or video evidence. Plazmo will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
