7. Children’s Privacy

Plazmo is designed for children and families. However, purchases, reservations, account administration, customer-support requests and privacy choices must be handled by a parent, guardian or another adult aged 18 years or above.

Parents and guardians should:

  • create and manage the primary Plazmo account;
  • supervise younger children while they use Plazmo;
  • use nicknames instead of a child’s full legal name for player profiles;
  • avoid entering unnecessary personal information about a child;
  • review account, privacy and purchase settings; and
  • contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal data without appropriate parental involvement.

Plazmo does not intend to:

  • display behaviourally targeted advertising to children;
  • track children across unrelated services for advertising;
  • sell children’s personal data;
  • provide unrestricted communication or open chat with strangers; or
  • upload or permanently retain children’s raw gameplay camera footage during ordinary gameplay.

Where a feature requires us to process identifiable personal data relating to a child, we may require verifiable consent or authorisation from the child’s parent or lawful guardian and may take reasonable steps to verify that the person providing consent is an adult.

A parent or guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of a child’s personal data, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

  • investigating complaints and product issues; and
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Order, invoice, payment, taxation and warranty records may be retained for the period required under applicable law.

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it or restrict access to it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including measures such as:

  • restricted access to customer information;
  • password and account-security controls;
  • secure network connections;
  • software and security updates;
  • administrative access controls;

No website, internet transmission, storage system or electronic device can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.

Where required under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities of a personal-data breach.

Some of our technology, hosting, authentication, communication, analytics or support providers may process or store information outside India.

Where personal data is transferred or processed internationally, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the processing is permitted under applicable law and is subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and security safeguards.

  • comply with applicable law;
  • prevent or investigate fraud;
  • protect the security of our products and services; or

Please provide sufficient information to identify your account, order or request. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.

12. Managing or Deleting Your Account

Where account-management controls are available, you may use them to review or update your information.

You may also request account deletion by emailing plazmoplay@gmail.com. Account deletion may result in the permanent loss of saved game progress, preferences, achievements or other account-linked information.

We may retain limited information after account deletion where required for invoices, taxation, payments, refunds, warranties, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website, communications, console or applications may contain links to or integrations with websites, applications and services operated by third parties.
